Keeping this in mind the premises of TMS Sunam reverberated with Baisakhi Celebration. The vast school ground turned into a carnival of dance and music bonanza.

The students were told about the origin and value of Baisakhi. As it is a festival of Joy and Celebrations students enjoyed it in the same way. Students observed traditional kitchen, popcorn popping and threshing of wheat crop. The main attraction was the tractor trolley ride in the school ground. Punjabi folk dance 'Gidda’ was performed by the nannies for their beloved kids.
